Thank Christ for the Bomb is a 1970 blues-rock album recorded by The Groundhogs, originally released by Liberty Records. [1] It was engineered by Martin Birch who had previously worked on albums by Jeff Beck, Deep Purple, Fleetwood Mac and Peter Green.[2] It entered the UK album charts in June 1970 reaching #9 and left the charts in November 1970 after thirteen weeks.[3]
